Objet to Show Latest 3D Printing Systems at Objet User Meeting 2011, South Korea

April 18, 2011 - Objet Geometries Asia Pacific Ltd., a subsidiary of Objet Geometries Ltd., the innovation leader in 3D printing for rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing, will demonstrate their cutting-edge 3D printing systems at the Objet Connex User Meeting organised by Sysopt Engineering Co., Ltd., one of Objet’s distributors in South Korea, at 1F Hande, Ramada Seoul Hotel, Seoul, on 28th April 2011.

At the User Meeting, Objet will introduce a number of new Objet materials, launched on April 13; including Objet VeroClear Material featuring true transparency with high dimensional stability, and Objet ABS-like Digital Material, simulating engineering plastics.

During the meeting Objet will present some interesting applications and successful case studies on how Objet helps its customers to make automotive businesses fly.

Objet Connex500 - Designer’s infinite creativity unleashed
Displaying at the open-house will be the Objet Connex500, the world’s only multi-material 3D printer capable of simultaneously jetting different model materials, enabling, for example, the creation of prototypes combining shiny hard surfaces interspersed with soft-touch surfaces and overmolding that are common in many consumer and electronics products.

The Objet Connex multi-material 3D printer also allows users to create prototypes from up to 65 different materials including a range of 51 rigid and rubber-like composite materials, – or “Digital Materials” featuring various grey shades and different Shore A values. The closer-than-ever simulation of end products combining multiple materials unleashes the unlimited creativity of designers, and delivers realistic parts to customers.

At the meeting Objet will also present its new Desktop 3D printers – Objet24 and Objet30 - Objet’s latest family of affordable, easy to use 3D printers, allowing greater convenience by bringing  high-quality 3D printing in-house to every designer and product engineer’s office or desktop. Starting at only $20,900**, the Objet24 is especially suited for the office environment, providing low-cost 3D printing without compromise on model quality and accuracy.
