New Digital Material Package for Connex500 Available Now

Objet has introduced a new digital material package for the Connex500 multi-material 3D printer. The new DMPack1 adds nine new materials to the already extremely wide range available, further expanding the possibilities for creating highly realistic parts and assemblies for varied applications. It is available as a downloadable software update for the Connex500, via the Download Center at www.objet.com.
With the release of these new digital materials, Objet now offers Connex500 users a choice of 30 Digital Materials, each with unique mechanical, thermal and physical properties (rigid/flexible, translucent/opaque, and more). In addition, Connex500 users can also chose among the 12 base materials that are used to create the Digital Materials.
