The Objet Advantage for 3D Models

Objet’s 3D printing systems are ideal for printing even the most complex 3D models with exceptionally high quality, accuracy and speed. The 3D model depicted here highlights the many advantages of using Objet’s 3D printing systems. Printed on an Objet system using PolyJet technology and FullCure720 transparent material, this 3D model highlights the excellent accuracy, smooth surfaces, thin pins and text printing capabilities of Objet’s 3D printing solutions.

PolyJet technology works by jetting state of the art  photopolymer FullCure® materials in ultra-thin layers (16µ) onto a build tray layer by layer until the 3D model is completed. Each photopolymer layer in the 3D model is cured by UV light immediately after it is jetted, producing fully cured 3D models that can be handled and used immediately, without post-curing. The gel-like support material, which is specially designed to support complicated geometries, is easily removed by hand and water jetting.
