Resin Ordering in the USA

• PO should be issued to Objet Inc.
• PO’s or Objet Order Forms should be submitted to Objet Inc. using one of the following methods:
  • E-mail address - E-mail Support
  • E-Fax number – 866-676-1533
  • NOTE: For reference please be advised that the Objet Inc. office is located at 5 Fortune drive, Billerica, MA. 01821. Systems, Resins and other items will be shipped to you from Objet's Logistics Center in Chicago, IL.
• Upon receipt and approval of the order at Objet Inc.’s office, an order confirmation will be issued and sent to you, no later than 1 business day.
• The goods will be shipped within seven business days from PO placement and an order confirmation issued.
• Objet's logistics center will use Objet’s or the customer’s forwarder account number.
  A packing list will accompany the shipment.
• Following the shipment you will receive, by email from Objet’s office, the tracking number as well as copy of the Invoice. The original invoice will be sent to you by regular post.
